This is a 2 day urban retreat exploring our relationship to pleasure and how we can redefine it.

Schedule:
10.00-13.00 Calling in the four directions, chanting meditation, setting intent, asana practice, including breathing exercises
13.00-14.00 Lunch (provided)
14.00-17.00 Afternoon sessions, including talking circle, partner exercises, yin yoga, and meditation

Price (includes a light lunch on both days):
£150 for 2 days
£135 for 2 days – early bird – valid until 30th of June 2013

Equilibrium teachers and Forrest Yoga mentees receive 20% on all prices.

Cancellation policy: Full refund minus a £10 admin charge is given for all cancellations up until 30th of June 2013. No refund is given for cancellations after the 30th of June 2013.
