Deepen your skillfulness in feeling, digesting and sorting information
Learn how to trust and act on your intuition more quickly
Recognize the signs that you are depleting your energy (or letting others’ energy deplete you)
Discover the five best ways you can support yourself as an empath
Learn how to give and receive a relaxing Savasana assist using your new tools
This workshop is mostly lecture and Q&A time, with some breath and somatic resourcing interludes to help you be more present and centered. Open to ALL levels of students and soul-searchers.
