Forrest Yoga is a system that encourages and builds embodiment. It is a deeply experiential practice which invites us to filter out the beliefs and truths that are given to us. The practice embodies the sacredness of life by connecting to feeling and Spirit so that we can build a life that we are proud of.In this winter retreat we will explore how to feel the sacredness of our life. The yoga practices, the community and the connection to the forest will help us:

• Find and connect to our authentic self, filtering out the conditioning from our society
• Teach us how to come into Ceremony
• How balance the feminine and masculine energy
• How to build strength, healing energy and resiliency to deal with stress and anxiety in a resourceful way
• How to build self-esteem, a future for ourselves that is meaningful.

 The sequences and the meditation practices will literally light you up from the inside and will build luminosity in your brain!Within this magical place, Montanema Handmade Village, you will come to a sacred communion with nature and with Great Mystery so that you can feel your own place in that mystery.
