This weekend program will equip you with the necessary skills and understanding to go deeper. At this stage of your teaching journey you will lead a class and then together we will explore further, with feedback that will break through the very personal conditioning that we all hold on to, but which would otherwise obstruct your growth as a teacher. Therapeutic and informative, this shared and safe space will enable all participants to see your students and your role as a facilitator of yoga in an entirely new light.

As part of the session we will record the class, play it back and show how this way of presenting feedback can help us to see our own blind spots. You will learn further, progressive hands on techniques as the session unfolds, based on your individual questions and needs.
