There is a link between cultivating compassion and reducing inflammation in your blood stream, relationships and personal development. Inflammation is known as the cause of many modern day complaints. This workshop breaks down WHY a yoga practise helps you feel better.
There is a special Buddhist meditation, coupled with shamanic chanting and a sweaty yoga practise working on therapeutic back bends and elongating tension in the shoulders and neck to drop what holds us back from self kindness and frees us into living the life out spirit yearns for.
