The hips don’t lie! There is a lot of stored tension in the hips and pelvic area. These tensions are easily associated with expectations from society and our personal history. This workshop unlocks the psychological tensions stored in the anatomy of our hips. Expect to feel more space in your life.
When there is more space in the hips, stubbornness is relieved and there is room for growth. Expect to experiment with head to ankle and pigeon variations that will enable you to track deep hip opening that brings a new layer of joy into your life.
Both Classes area suitable for all Levels
Forrest Yoga sequences are created to serve the needs of modern day lifestyles including postural issues relating to sitting for long periods or the different ways that we move and the needs of our spirits. Explore the possibilities of the mysteries that you are!
