Have you ever felt seen and held by the voice of a yoga teacher? The words we use while teaching are important, but even more important is how we say them. Our voices have the ability to increase connection and to speak truth to intention. As yoga teachers, we speak from a place of strength, integrity, and vulnerability. Learn to use your voice to connect more deeply with your students.

This training is a 35 hour module of the 300-Hour Forrest Yoga Advanced Teacher Training, a training that is open to yoga teachers of any background or style. Completion of this module will help you gain your 300-Hour advanced teaching certification with Forrest Yoga.

This training is set up to cover two weekends. Friday night sessions will begin with a short ceremony and meditation to connect to your Spirit. Saturday and Sunday sessions will begin with a short ceremony, followed by a 2-hour Forrest Yoga asana practice. The sequence of the morning intensives will be used to feel any blocks between Spirit and voice, using the physically intense practice to loosen the hold those blocks.
