Forrest Yoga CET Effective Coaching and Teaching will be lead by Forrest Yoga Guardian Jambo Truong and Ricky Saputra. You can join the training online via Zoom or offline in Jakarta.

The training teaches you how to coach and teach students within the Forrest Yoga Teacher training curriculum. You will learn and practice coaching techniques including how to give teaching feedback, how to work with triggers and challenges that the students face, and how to coach hands-on assist effectively. Most importantly, you will learn how to create and hold space for learning, healing and growing.
