Geared toward the advanced practioner and yoga teacher, Pete and Colleen will help you build strength, connection and unlock the power in your pelvis and hips during a fun Forrest Yoga practice! You will learn to ride your windhorse, your breathing, and rest into support of hands-on healing assists to help you brighten your spirit and evolve! Students must have a willingness to play in a heated classroom and have vinyasa experience.
