Backbending! A Forrest Yoga Intensive Class

Backbends are often associated with opening up and creating confidence and courage! But for many, deep backbends can be painful and sometimes scary. In this workshop, we’ll learn about how to overcome limitations by freeing up the front and side of the body, and strengthening the back of the body, allowing us to go deeper. We’ll discover what limits us and move beyond our limitations to create new possibilities in our practice. This is mixed-level class.
Each Forrest Yoga Intensive class is designed and sequenced with a specific focus area in order to help move your practice to the next level. You will leave feeling cleansed, awake, and refreshed.
