THE DESIGN OF FORREST YOGA: YOGA FOR EVERYDAY LIVING
Forrest Yoga is specifically designed to clear the physical and emotional stresses of everyday living in an intelligent, gradual, and sustainable way. All the elements involved in teaching a class are carefully designed to contribute to this process. In this workshop, the first 30 minutes are spent outlining how the Forrest Yoga system addresses everyday stress in the mind and body, followed by a asana practice that reinforces the embodiment of these principles.

THE HEALING POWER OF PLEASURE
Practicing pleasure, from the Forrest Yoga perspective, is one of the most effective ways for creating an internal environment that is resilient – one that helps you transform physical and emotional stress and move forward on a spiritual path. Viewing pleasure as a responsibility and a choice, you will learn methods for cultivating pleasure as a catalyst for positive changes in your choices and habits. In this workshop, the first 30 minutes are spent discussing the theory behind the practice, followed by a full asana practice that reinforces the embodiment of these principles.
$40 for each session of $70 for both
