This pre-holiday weekend is a self caring, self pampering masterclass.

Each morning will start with meditation, ceremony & yoga asana. The asana practice is designed to help your digestive fire grow strongly so that you have the energy to enjoy the coming holiday. The practice will leave you feeling easier to move and speeds up metabolism to help burn up what we are about to feast!

Afternoon sessions are focused on self cosmetic acupuncture using Gua Sha, a special tool used in Classical East Asian Medicine to stimulate blood flow, regenerate cells and move stagnant and tired energy. The afternoon sessions will teach attendees how to do this non-invasive, relaxing treatment to themselves, friends and family. What a great gift to share over the holidays!
