The new year is a ripe time to come together as community, practice some juicy Forrest Yoga, and set intent for the year ahead.  Join us for 4 classes focusing on the wisdom held by each chakra (energy centers in the body). By feeling into these areas we will work on creating a truthful action plan for staying aligned with what your heart truly desires for 2017 and for life.  All levels welcome.
