This 2 day Yoga Bodyworkers Immersion is an experiential weekend exploring the pillars of Yoga Bodyworkers.

What is Yoga Bodywork?
Bodywork incorporates many techniques; use of breath, intuitive massage, muscle testing, myofacial release, deep tissue massage and movement.  This understanding and experience helps us to see, understand and initiate healing in our own bodies and other peoples. Bodywork can give us space for both physical and emotional release.

This is a mixed level immersion open to practitioners of any level with multiple levels of experience. The information shared is based on the latest research in these areas.
