Ambra is a former Principal ballerina with the Birmingham Royal Ballet. She turned to yoga on a path to recovery from injuries. This awakened her keen interest in yoga for healing and drive better performance. She has an M-Phil in Sport Psychology and trained with the Yoga Sport Science. She worked with athletes such as Aston Villa Premiere League FootballClub and Manchester City Manchester City Women’s Football Club.

She also furthered her studies in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Dharma Yoga (500 & 800hrs), Tripsichore (200hrs and Advanced TT), Rocket Yoga (500hrs), and Gokul Vinyasa Yoga (300hrs).

She was introduced to Forrest Yoga by Jambo Dragon in 2013 and fall in love with the practice. She did her first 200hrs in Chicago (2015) and the Advance TT in Peterborough (2016).

She is Lead trainer E-RYT 1500 and has been teaching regularly in teacher training courses around Europe.

Her aim is to guide others so they may also experience the many amazing benefits of yoga to the body, mind and spirit.
